About Us

The Marsh Group Inc. is a Tampa, Florida based company. MGI was established in 1996 as a family owned and operated custom residential construction company. Since then, MGI has branched out into renovations, remodeling, site and land development in addition to construction consultation.

Jonathan Marsh, President

Jonathan (Jon) has almost 20 years experience in the construction and real estate business. He spent several years exploring all facets of the real estate finance industry as a successful mortgage broker. Jon transitioned into construction with an opportunity to invest and participate in residential remodeling and building for a local Tampa based company. He participated in all phases of the construction process from site clean up to bank/cash management. After several years, Jon received his residential contractors license and founded The Marsh Group Inc. The Marsh Group has been involved in every aspect of residential construction, from the smallest remodels, to town homes and mutli-million dollar estates. Jon holds a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from the University of South Florida.
